You will be given a personal gate code or blue tooth access to the gate. The facility is fully fenced, well-lit, monitored and video cameras are located throughout. The managers live on-site for your added protection.

Managers: Barb and Larry
Barb and Larry are the ultimate team, having been married over 40 years and working together the last 16 years as Property Managers, mostly in the self storage industry. After decades in Las Vegas, raising their family, they moved to Washington from Minnesota in order to be closer to friends and family on the West Coast. We are beyond excited to have this professional dynamic duo as apart of our Peoples Storage team!
Assistant Manager: Terry Olsen
Terry was born and raised in Seattle. He spent a good portion of his adult life working with Young Life, a Christian outreach program with high school students.
He has been a marriage and family counselor and operated his own nonprofit organization, Family Insights, for 18 years, offering parenting seminars, workshops and retreats.
He has a bachelor of arts from the University of Washington, a masters of divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a masters of education in counseling psychology from Lewis & Clark College.
Terry is the author of two books. “My Father, My Hero: Becoming Your Child’s Best Friend,” focuses on the role fathers play in raising emotionally healthy children. His other book “Let Love Go Forward From This Time And Place: Encouragement For Your Marriage,” details the essence of marital relationship. Mardi & Terry live in Kenmore, Washington, and have seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
