Peoples Storage of Kenmore

I had great experience with this place.Friendly staff,kind people love it .Nice storage clean ,safe,very comfortable

We had never used a storage facility before, and I can't say enough wonderful things about Peoples Storage in Kenmore. The units are clean and temperature controlled. The facility is accessible and secure. If we were sticking around the Seattle area, they'd have a customer for life! Debbie and Tom are so kind and straightforward--easily some of the best folks to work with! Our cross-country move didn't go according to plan, and they were so accommodating when our rental truck broke down in their loading bay. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being the easiest part of our move back home!!! :-)

Best storage facility I have stored my things at. The manager is the sweetest guy! Not to mention the place is well kept and maintained. No sign of rodents, mold, or anything of that sort.

The people that run this place are the best. Very friendly and helpful. They have all sorts of carts and Dolly's you can use to move your things. They even have these portable stair that I want for myself but I'm sure that they cost a fortune, so I'll just be jelly and dream.

On surface this is just another storage place. The main and vastly better experience is in the employees, the ones I have had the pleasure of working with are pleasant and cheerful. Never had a problem here. Other scandalous places yes I am looking at you Public Storage is like dealing with ravenous, rotting carcass feeders, any chance of cheating you out of a few extra DOLLARS, they're all in,in a heartbeat. If they had a heart that is. People's Storage is a refreshing change. They treat you like family,the kind you like. Never had any problems here so can't verify how they are in a clench it's just very nice to be treated nicely, not like they're waiting for a mistake so they can suck you dry. Decent people. I appreciate that.

My friend has rented with them for several years, the managers are great, facilities are clean. Do recommend getting supplemental lights if you rent a larger unit, lighting inside the units is adequate, but not great if you need to go through boxes to find things/ reorganize. Recently cleared out our unit, but would definitely rent again if we need storage in Kenmore!

Deb and Tom are the nicest, most helpful people. Tom makes homemade cookies they have in the lobby area. The facility is very convenient, clean, and in a great location.

Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. They went out of their way to help us position a pod from another storage service so we could unload it easily into our new storage unit. Facility is clean with easy access. I highly recommend them.

I've used this storage location several times over the years. They have always been so helpful, but even more so genuinely friendly and personable. I will always use this storage location.

I'd rented a unit from another company, then cancelled it and rented from People's. People's has light fixtures in the units, which was important to me, they have wifi (haven't used it yet), and they even have fresh-baked cookies in the office! Very nice management, very personable. And, the interior is well-lighted and entirely clean, it's clear that People's takes a lot of pride in their facility and how they treat their customers. I'm glad I switched. ... an update 4 months later, nothing has changed, this is a nice, clean facility managed by a friendly and helpful couple, so I'd strongly recommend it.

I have used this place on and off for years. They are always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Warren is top notch. I would recommend this place to everyone.
