Why Our Tenants Choose Peoples Storage
I love this place. This is the third time I’ve rented here in the past ten years. Linda & Panama are wonderful humans, and the spaces are really clean, dry, and spacious. The upper levels are warm enough even to store a musical instrument (warm but not too hot), and the basement is a bit cooler (of course). The hours are reasonable, the prices are reasonable, and the area is kept really clean. I couldn’t recommend this place more. If you have storage needs, you’ll be happy here.

I had a bad experience with a scam interstate moving company and needed temporary storage so I could get my stuff out of their clutches without having to pay additional thousands of dollars. People's Storage was extremely understanding and helpful about the entire issue, even going so far as to be obviously present on the premises the day the movers showed up so that I didn't feel unsafe. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

At Peoples Storage Ballard you will be greeted by our friendly, knowledgeable staff who will help you find the perfect storage for your needs. Rental is quick and stress-free, and once complete you can immediately offload your goods in our large covered loading bay to keep you and your items dry and out of the weather. Your unit will be climate controlled for the protection of your things.
We make every effort to make your storage experience as convenient as possible. The hallways are clean, wide, and well-lit for ease of maneuverability. Large, flatbed carts are available for your use.
Security and Monitoring Tools
You will be given a personal access code and each unit is individually alarmed. The facility is well lit, monitored and video cameras are located throughout. Managers live on-site for your added protection.
